Bids Received - Alterations Project - Central Cambria High School

Bids were received for the Central Cambria High School Alterations project on September 17th, 2021. On Monday, September 20th, 2021 the Board of School Directors made motions to approve the following contracts.

General Construction: BCS Construction, Inc. with the Base Bid and Alternate Bid(s) G-1 & G-2 for a total General Construction cost of $542,285.

HVAC Construction: MARC-Service, Inc. with the Base Bid and Alternate Bid(s) H-1 & H-2 for a total HVAC Construction cost of $549,831.

Plumbing Construction: K&K Plumbing Co., Inc. with the Base Bid and Alternate Bid(s) P-1 & P-2 for a total Plumbing Construction cost of $203,297.

Electrical Construction: Leverknight Electric with the Base Bid and Alternate Bid(s) E-1 & E-2 for a total Electrical Construction cost of $197,064.

STEAM Equipment Construction: Allegheny Educational Systems, Inc., with the Base Bid and Alternate Bid SEC-6 for a total STEAM Equipment Construction cost of $191,563.

The total awarded Construction cost is $1,684,040.
