The existing building received a comprehensive renovation as part of the project. MEP systems were completely upgraded, a STEAM classroom suite was developed to re-purpose an underutilized commons area. A new cafeteria and kitchen were developed to better serve the students as well as create a community space. Interior finishes were updated throughout the building. The exterior envelope was updated with new doors, windows, roof, flashing, sealant and paint.
